1. Acceptance of Terms
 
Welcome to spatialcuration.com. This site is solely owned and operated by Julia Harris (ABN : 84 271 269 661). By accessing and browsing this website you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please immediately refrain from using this website. 


2. Website Purpose + Consulting Services 

This website is built on Cargo [cargo.site] and functions strictly as an informational and promotional tool for my professional consulting and curatorial services. The content on this website is for general informational purposes only. 

Nothing on this website constitutes a formal contractual offer or binding professional consulting relationship. A formal relationship is established only upon the execution of a separate, written agreement between both parties. 


3. Billing + Payment Terms
Please note that billing and payment terms are not handled on or through this website. All financial arrangements, project scoping and invoicing will be organised externally through separate agreements. 

The fee parameters are structured as follows :
Initial consultations — rates for initial consults start at $100 per hour, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Fee variables — overall service fees are subject to variation based on requested time frame, the complexity and effort required, the specific consulting service or package selected, and any project–specific deliverables.
Rate changes — all fees, quotes, and estimates are subject to change up until a formal written agreement (which may include an explicit, unambiguous written confirmation of acceptance via email by both parties) is executed. 


4. Intellectual Property 
Unless otherwise stated, all text, images, logos, layouts and materials published on this website are my intellectual property or used with permission from the owner. You may view and print pages for your personal, non–commercial use, but you must not republish, reproduce or duplicate my content without prior written consent. 


5. User Conduct + Contact Form
When using the build–in contact form, you agree to provide accurate, truthful and lawful information. You are strictly prohibited from using the contact form to :
    transmit spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional materials.
    submit defamatory, offensive or infringing content.
    upload malicious code, viruses, or data intended to disrupt the website or email services. 
     
Whilst I make every effort to review submissions promptly and aim to reply within 2 business days, I cannot guarantee a response to every inquiry. 


6. Limitation of Liability
Whilst I endeavour to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, I cannot guarantee its completeness or full reliability. I am not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses or damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this website or the platform infrastructure provided by Cargo. 


7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. By using this website, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sydney, Australia for any disputes arising from website use.

I respect your privacy and am committed to protecting any personal information that you provide through this website, which is hosted on the Cargo [cargo.site] platform. This policy details how I collect, use and secure your information when you visit this website. 


1. Information I Collect 

I only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide. I do not use third-party automated tracking tools, analytics software or behavioural advertising tracking. 

When you fill out the built-in Cargo contact form, I collect your email address, name, and any additional information (such as phone numbers, availability, project descriptions, context or other) that you choose to include in your message. 


2. How I Use + Store Your Data 

I use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiries, organise connection calls, provide consulting proposals and deliver services. I aim to respond to all valid inquiries submitted through the contact form within 2 business days, though this may be longer during busy periods. Whilst not guaranteed, you will generally be notified if the wait–time is longer. 

Email forwarding — data entered into the contact form is securely forwarded to a private, secure Gmail account. 

Storage — your emails and submitted details are archived within a secure email system and may be stored privately and housed on secure Google Drive cloud storage. 

No third-party sharing — I will never sell, rent or trade your personal information. I do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Similarly, your personal information will never be shared publicly unless consented to, prior to the release of information. 


3. Cookies + Technical Data 

The website platform Cargo may deploy basic, functional cookies or technical sessions strictly necessary for the site to display correctly, secure web forms against abuse, or maintain core site functionality. I do not utilise any analytics, marketing or advertising cookies. You can configure your web browser to refuse or block cookies, though some parts of the site may not function ideally as a result. I take the security of your data seriously. Access to both my Gmail and Google Drive accounts is restricted and protected by industry-standard security measures, including multi-factor authentication (MFA). 


5. Your Rights 

The website reach is international. Depending on your location, you will have rights under regional privacy laws regarding your personal data. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you are protected by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In Australia, a business’s obligations to protect your data are governed by the Australian Privacy Principles (APP).

You typically have the right to request a copy of the personal data I hold about you, or to ask that inaccurate details be amended or erased. You may also request that I permanently delete your data from email, cloud storage and hard–drive records.
